grilled dijon chicken

4 chicken breasts, boned and skinned  •  1/4 C dijon mustard
1 T whole grain dijon mustard  •  1 T extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice  •  salt and pepper to taste

Everyone is looking for a quick and easy go-to chicken recipe that the whole family will enjoy, well this is one of them. Prepped in 5 minutes, all you have to do is grill this chicken and your ready to serve your family a tasty meal. The tangy favors of dijon mustard and lemon combined with the smokey char from the grill make a perfect pair. This chicken is moist, tender and perfect for your spring-time outdoor dinner.

Preheat grill.

Directions: Clean chicken and salt and pepper each side, set aside. In a medium size mixing bowl combine dijon mustard, mustard seed, olive oil and lemon juice, whisk and place chicken breasts in bowl and coat well. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and set aside or in refrigerator to marinade for about 30 minutes. Heat grill and cook chicken until golden and the juices run clear. Enjoy with your favorite sides of rice or potatoes and grilled vegetables.
